Message	He had 146 positive and 4 negatives. I think only 1 negative was from him selling something (he said he was in the hospital in his response section to the feedback). Bad thing is that he just won't return my emails. It is so frustrating not knowing what is going on. I live too far away to just drive there and get it. I did a little looking and I think I can file a complaint with the post office's fraud department, but I'm not sure how much good that will do.
